Exposure Detail
"Blood samples were collected into polypropylene tubes containing potassium EDTA. The samples were immediately stored on ice and centrifuged within 60 min, and aliquots of plasma were stored at −80 ◦C."

"Homocysteine levels were determined with microparticle enzyme-immunoassay at IMX detection system (Abbott, Wiesbaden, Germany)."

Log-transformed change in homocysteine levels over 2.5 years of follow-up was computed.
